This mod does not replace the original CKF mod, the original mod will still always be available for any and all who wish to use it. This Remastered Version can also freely run along side the Original CKF mod on a server or game if you so desire.

Castle Tier
-> Cut Stone, Field Stone
More tiers and cosmetic options will be added.

-> Cosmetic Quick Change Tool to quickly change the look and style of your castle from a distance.
-> Foundations stack, step, and snap from ceilings for easy building on uneven terrain and bridging
-> Ceilings can become foundations via INI
-> Auto opening and closing doors
-> Foundation support radius increased from 2 to 3
-> This mod is 100% stackable and does not require priority

Mod Summary

CKF is getting a major overhaul, everything in this mod has been completely remade from scratch in order to bring you a much greater experience when using Castles, Keeps, and Forts. CKFR now uses Vanilla floor sizes and shapes for easier mixing with vanilla and other mod floors without those small gaps that occurred in the original CKF.

All blueprints are now pre-added to CKFR masonry table, You are not required to unlock the Engrams, This is done for you when opening the masonry table, Learn the Masonry table to craft all building parts.

CKFR parts also use an enhanced snap system, walls now snap side to side, as do the roofs and even around corners, leading to a more enjoyable building experience, greater structural integrity and more ways for you to realise your epic builds.

All the parts in CKFR are fully paint-able with multiple colour regions, and multiple static mesh variants within the parts to provide even more customisation.

This mod is in development and following this initial release of the castle tier, the next planned content update will include the two lower tiers and the crafting stations such as the mills and forges. More cosmetic variants and styles will also be added to the existing parts as development goes on. The weapons included with the original CKF will be repackaged and uploaded as their own standalone mod.

Fantastic that the mod is alive and kicking again :)
one thing I'd love to see is some kind of converter table like the Structures Plus one for people with stockpiles of old CKF stuff to be able to convert it to the new sized CKFR stuff.
Finally I can build stuff using a combination of S+ and CKF so I can use internal wiring/plumbing :D now just need to go on a massive metal run...

would be nice if you could answer me my qquestion.
I am a user of of the older version of this mod.
When this mod is on the stand of the old version (tiers which are not inlcudes as you say in your short description) can i remove the old version without destroying everything build or do i need to run both mods parallel? And whats the advandage of this mod above the old version?

Drawbridges are in it, the lower tiers and the mills/forges will be added in the first content update. this information could have been found by reading the mod info above...

Yes you can run both the old and new version on a server or game, you also could have found this information by reading the mod info above, it is one of the very first things written within it...

More options will be added, but if it is more colours you want. You can now paint every part and variant. :)

Are drawbridges, fireplace, mill and water wheels included in this one? Or only in the previous mod? Cause i really liked those features.

Is this a replacement or upgrade to the other one? This looks awesome and I love the other one. If I install this one, do I need to remove the other one or is there a risk with players losing their current builds from the other one?
